TL;DR

Customer Support Specialist (Foodservice): Represent loyalty rewards programs and manufacturer clients to foodservice operators, handling operational tasks, data processing, and inbound/outbound communications. Focus on increasing program participation, meeting client objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Location: Based out of Becker, MN office. Travel expectations 5%. Unable to offer work sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Represent clients and programs professionally to foodservice operators
  • Carry out day-to-day operational tasks for client and internal programs by understanding goals and strategies
  • Work with internal resources to meet objectives and deadlines
  • Accurately enter data, process transactions, and update databases
  • Increase participation in loyalty programs
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone and email correspondence to educate operators on services and tools

Requirements

  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects, prioritize, and work independently or in a team
  • Multitasking skills and adaptability to changing business needs
  • Good judgement, positive attitude, and resilience to customer rejection
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, professional demeanor in person, phone, and email
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel
  • Ability to spend 80% of time on phone-based communications

Nice to have

  • 2+ years of customer service or order processing experience
  • Previous CRM experience
  • Foodservice industry experience
