What you will do
- Provide product information, quote prices and delivery, and enter sales orders into ERP system while onboarding new customers.
- Coordinate production and delivery schedules with sales and manufacturing, alerting teams to concerns.
- Manage customer files, returns, RMAs, and repair quotations; track statuses and advise customers.
- Support business development managers with reports, calls, and issue resolution.
- Assist finance with collections, letters of credit, and ensure financial controls.
- Handle export/import compliance, licenses, certifications, and documentation; prepare reports on orders, shipments, and backlog.
- Participate in process improvements and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business or related field preferred.
- Two years of customer support, inside sales, or contract administration experience preferred.
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience using ERP software preferred.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations preferred.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, fast-paced worker with urgency, accuracy, flexibility, and independent decision-making.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, build relationships, communicate effectively, and negotiate resolutions.
- Strong Microsoft Suite skills; Salesforce experience preferred.
