What you will do

• Act as designated support resource for assigned Account Managers and part of account teams for key clients.
• Work directly with clients on outstanding items, compile and present them in meetings.
• Troubleshoot escalated issues related to claims, eligibility, and account maintenance.
• Complete reporting, data requirements, and audit requests based on client and team needs.
• Support ad-hoc projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
• Creatively find solutions to client and team needs.

Requirements

• 2-3 years operational or customer service/support experience in PBM or health care industries.
• Strong Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, competing priorities, and ambiguous instructions.
• Strong communication of complex data and scenarios, attention to detail.
• Self-starter with positive growth mindset, works well with cross-functional teams and executives up to C-suite.
