What you will do

  • Manage high-volume Zendesk ticket queue, providing timely solutions for private operators.
  • Execute account updates like rate changes, ACH info, and new parking zone creation.
  • Conduct client training and ensure comfort with ParkMobile dashboard as product expert.
  • Collaborate with Account Management team to identify proactive client support opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and activities in CRM.
  • Contribute to improving Specialist Desk processes by addressing client pain points.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or client-facing role.
  • Comfortable with digital tools like Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Meets, Slides) and basic Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with ability to manage high-volume tasks.

  • Experience with CRM software or account dashboards.
