Client Service Specialist (HR Software): Provide world-class customer support via phone, email, and chat for 's HR platform, assisting with hiring, performance management, onboarding, and compliance. Focus on quick digital navigation, problem-solving complex issues, and creating magical client experiences through creative solutions and upselling.
Location: Utah-based hybrid position requiring at least three in-office days per week and in-office training for approx. 2 weeks. When remote, dedicated workspace with high-speed internet required. Schedule: 9am-6pm Monday-Friday.

What you will do
- Deliver customer service via phone (4 hours/day post-training), email, and chat, navigating products to resolve client issues.
- Guide clients on performance management, time-tracking, onboarding, and applicant-tracking systems.
- Think on your feet to solve complex problems creatively and contribute to client retention through upselling.
- Stay proactive, independent, and collaborative in a team environment while keeping up with new features.
- Create magical moments upholding the brand of setting people free to do great work.
Requirements
- Available for in-office work in Utah at least three days a week and full in-office training (~2 weeks).
- 1-2 years customer service or technical troubleshooting experience with phone customer interactions.
- Excellent interpersonal, written (40+ WPM), and oral English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, resiliency in fast-paced, metric-oriented environment.
- Curious about AI, eager to learn and adapt to intelligent tools in workflows.
