What you will do

• Proactively review open orders, identify bottlenecks, and address issues for assigned customers.
• Identify trends, prepare customized reports, and track key performance metrics.
• Lead customer-facing meetings to review orders, provide updates, and prioritize actions.
• Act as primary escalation point for internal and external customers.
• Facilitate tailored solutions, coordinate with service providers, and manage applicant registrations and data.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• 2+ years of customer service or support experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice to have

• Associate degree in a related field
• Experience in performance management and operational efficiency
