Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 OTE

What you will do
- Provide coaching and training to outbound SDRs on account approach, prospecting, and discovery efforts.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and deliver constructive feedback for career development.
- Hold team accountable to monthly targets and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Interview, hire, and retain top sales talent for a high-performing team.
- Create and lead group trainings for new hires and current reps.
- Work across Sales, Business Operations, and Marketing to align on revenue generation best practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing outbound SDRs emphasizing outbound motions integrating marketing, sales, SDRs, and partners.
- Passionate about training, coaching, and developing sales talent.
- Track record of success managing high-performing sales teams.
- Experience generating talk tracks and guiding teams in tailoring communication to customer profiles.
