What you will do

  • Drive regional growth by acquiring new veterinarians and re-engaging inactive users.
  • Build relationships to understand vets' preferences, availability, and goals.
  • Match veterinarians to hospital shifts based on skills, geography, and timing.
  • Lead local recruitment and networking events like CE dinners and happy hours.
  • Execute high-volume outreach via phone, text, email, and LinkedIn using data-driven workflows.
  • Manage prospect pipeline in HubSpot and optimize based on data and engagement signals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in sales, business development, recruiting, or field marketing with high-volume outbound outreach (phone, text, email, LinkedIn).
  • CRM fluency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar for pipelines, sequences, and dashboards.
  • Comfort with data-informed workflows using reports and signals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for cold outreach and discovery conversations.
  • Startup DNA: thrive in ambiguity, iterate quickly, wear multiple hats.
  • Located in PT/MT time zone; 20–30% travel.

Nice to have

  • Experience in veterinary, healthcare, or staffing/marketplace industry.
  • Building trust with independent professionals like freelancers or gig workers.
  • Familiarity with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for outreach and workflows.
  • Planning and executing local field events.
