Salary: Zone 1 $239,500–$286,700 USD; Zone 2 $215,600–$258,000 USD; Zone 3 $203,600–$243,700 USD (OTE for remote roles)

What you will do
- Build and mentor high-performing sales team to grow revenue in Mid-Market Trials.
- Work with sales operations to create metrics-driven high-velocity sales processes through innovation.
- Promote operational excellence via pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and data-driven improvements.
- Manage reps through channel sales process focusing on activities and KPIs (calls, meetings, closes, deal size).
- Provide data-based updates to leadership on quota progress, team performance, and challenges.
- Partner with marketing for collaboration and translate market insights to influence product roadmap.
- Create sales pitches and messaging while fostering culture of achievement.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant sales experience with proven track record.
- 3+ years as sales manager leading teams (SaaS experience a plus).
- Proven track record hiring, training, coaching, and motivating sales teams.
- Experience managing inbound, product-led, and outbound strategies.
- Strong communication skills to present strategy and results at all levels.
- Track record exceeding team sales quotas and creating scalable processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Slack, and other sales tools.
- Superior leadership skills in communication, transparency, collaboration, and mentoring.
