$145,000 - $170,000 annually

What you will do

• Build and refine ICP models using firmographic, technographic, and behavioral data to improve targeting and pipeline quality.
• Design and implement GTM workflows for prospect data enrichment at scale.
• Automate repetitive manual processes in RevOps, including custom pipelines.
• Architect integrations across the GTM stack for data fidelity and reliability.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing to drive GTM strategy and execution.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience.
• Deep fluency in RevOps workflows and full GTM motion from prospecting to renewal.
• Owner mindset, treating business problems as your own.
• Prior experience building systems that drive pipeline.
• Hands-on knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Experience with Clay, Salesforce, n8n, and Snowflake.
