TL;DR

Salary: $41,600–$52,000 ($25/hr)

What you will do

  • Provide technical support for desktop systems and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
  • Work with end users to manage service requests via ServiceNow.
  • Handle system setup, maintenance, and ensure smooth IT operations.
  • Travel as needed for support tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience in IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • CompTIA A+ certification required.
  • Ability to travel required.
