Customer Service Representative

TL;DR

Customer Service Representative (Photonics): Drive account retention through superior customer responsiveness and order management in a complex, fast-paced manufacturing environment with an accent on coordinating production schedules, handling returns, and export compliance. Pay range: $56,000-$65,000 annually, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Provide product information, quote prices, and enter sales orders into ERP system while onboarding new customers.
• Coordinate with sales and manufacturing for production and delivery schedules, alerting teams to concerns.
• Manage customer files, returns, repairs, and collections for cash-in-advance accounts.
• Support business development managers with reports and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9000, export/import regulations, and prepare related reports.
• Participate in process improvements and handle other assigned duties.

Requirements

• On-site in Boulder, CO; US work authorization required (ITAR-regulated, no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Two years of customer support, inside sales, or contract administration experience preferred.
• Previous manufacturing and ERP software experience preferred.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations preferred.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, able to multitask independently, and communicate effectively.

• Strong Microsoft Suite and Salesforce skills.
