What you will do

• Provide technical assistance and training to users via phone and in person, handling non-routine technical issues.
• Install, modify, and diagnose PC and network hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Configure operating systems and applications, including word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs.
• Manage Tier 2 service desk calls and escalations, ensuring timely ticket resolution.
• Perform mobile device (iOS) and printer management.
• Maintain documentation for asset tracking and ticket management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in an IT environment.
• Active Secret Clearance.
• Security+ Certification.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 and Office 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills for a wide range of end-users.
• Commitment to obtain Microsoft certification within 6 months.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing systems.
