What you will do
- Provide technical assistance and training to users via phone and in person, handling non-routine technical issues.
- Install, modify, and diagnose PC and network hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Configure operating systems and applications, including word processing, database, and spreadsheet programs.
- Manage Tier 2 service desk calls and escalations, ensuring timely ticket resolution.
- Perform mobile device (iOS) and printer management.
- Maintain documentation for asset tracking and ticket management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in an IT environment.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Security+ Certification.
- Proficiency with Windows 10 and Office 365.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills for a wide range of end-users.
- Commitment to obtain Microsoft certification within 6 months.

- Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise ticketing systems.
