What you will do

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in banking, financial services, accounting, or benefits administration.
• Experience with applications, financial documentation, or program enrollment.
• Strong attention to detail for reviewing documentation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tracking systems.
