IT Support Intern (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide daily support for laptops, desktops, and workplace technologies.
• Perform preventative maintenance and function checks on conference room systems.
• Develop knowledge base articles and best practice videos for internal use.
• Resolve break/fix support tickets and handle general employee IT issues in a timely manner.
• Provide live event support for company meetings and monitor remote recording.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Graduating December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• General IT troubleshooting skills and understanding of networking (DHCP, DNS, VLANs, VPN).
• Experience with iOS, Windows, and macOS.
• Familiarity with SaaS application management and video conferencing tools.
• Experience with Confluence, Slack, Google Suite, and hirify.global.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow.
