What you will do
- Actively prospect and research potential customers in Financial Services (DACH region) via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn to generate interest.
- Qualify and convert inbound marketing leads into sales-ready meetings for Key Account Managers.
- Cultivate pipeline through follow-ups, personalized communication, and matching solutions to customer pain points.
- Position platform value proposition consultatively, handle objections, and develop solution knowledge on trends/competitors.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers and Field Marketing on strategies, feedback, and pipeline quality using Salesforce.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Requirements
- Native German language with excellent communication skills
- Experience in results-oriented or sales environment
- Strong relationship-building over phone, email, social channels
- Effective problem-solving, time management, MS Office proficiency
- Degree or equivalent commercial experience
- Understanding of business dynamics in large companies
- Strategic thinking, data-driven decisions, self-motivation
Nice to have
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Inside Sales, Sales Development, or Business Development experience
- Technology company experience or selling into tech
- DACH region and financial services sector experience
