What you will do

- Process transactions, updates, and account changes with high precision.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and industry regulations, such as HIPAA.
- Collaborate with internal accounting, billing, and operations departments to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Professional experience in the Accounting, Banking, or Healthcare industry.
- Strong communication skills and high level of accuracy in data processing.
- Ability to navigate and handle sensitive or regulated information.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Rockville, MD.
- Employment is contingent on successfully passing a drug and background check.
