What you will do

• Own cross-functional planning and execution for major initiatives across content, brand, partnerships, and new business efforts.
• Build and maintain integrated roadmaps that reflect priorities, dependencies, and realistic sequencing.
• Create visibility for leadership into progress, risks, and tradeoffs to support decision-making.
• Identify execution gaps early and drive resolution across various teams.
• Establish and run operating rhythms that keep teams aligned without slowing down execution.
• Leverage modern AI-powered workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual overhead.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in program management, operations, or cross-functional execution roles.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to New York.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with the ability to frame ambiguous problems.
• Fluency with modern productivity and AI tools to accelerate execution.
• High ownership mentality and ability to communicate effectively with creatives, operators, and executives.
