TL;DR

Sr Account Executive (Telecom): Develop and grow strategic accounts and partnerships in the IT and telecom sectors with an accent on new business opportunities, channel alliances, and revenue expansion. Focus on hunting large deals, building executive relationships, negotiating complex contracts, and leading cross-functional account teams to ensure customer satisfaction and competitive positioning.

Location: Flexible/remote work; travel required 25-50%

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for new business in key accounts and partner channels, including MSPs, system integrators, VARs, and alliances.
  • Hunt opportunities, deliver presentations, negotiate and close large strategic deals while building relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Lead unified account teams, review market analyses, position hirify.global value against competitors, and foster ongoing partner satisfaction.
  • Generate ideas for new products/services, represent at industry events, and monitor competitive activities.
  • Build annual business plans, manage expenses, prepare sales reports and forecasts, and maintain CRM systems like Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years in technology solution sales.
  • 12+ years with channel and alliance partners; proven track record of building relationships and pipelines.
  • Advanced knowledge of hirify.global messaging products and network capabilities.
  • Proven success in new product sales, strategic thinking, executive networking, negotiation, and closing complex deals.
  • Action-oriented team player with business savvy and CRM proficiency.
