Regional Account Manager (Singapore Remote): Business development for local, regional, and global accounts, building relationships, renewing, upselling, and growing accounts with an accent on customer satisfaction and profit requirements. Focus on executing account strategies, maintaining revenue forecasts, coordinating with stakeholders across APAC (primarily), EMEA, US, and LATAM, and leading account reviews.
Location: Singapore Remote (working from home, some in-country or regional travel may be required)

What you will do
- Build, maintain, and execute account strategies for customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and document interactions in Salesforce.
- Develop second-tier clients into key accounts and monitor competitors.
- Serve as primary contact for strategic matters on global and regional accounts.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, US, and LATAM.
- Lead account reviews, manage escalations, and identify expansion opportunities.
- Present to senior and C-level stakeholders across regions and cultures.
Requirements
- Comfortable managing priorities across APAC primarily, with occasional EMEA, US, and LATAM engagement
- Highly developed consultative account management, negotiating, and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for all levels, including executives.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, time management, and result-oriented mindset.
- Minimum 5 years working experience; preferably 2+ years in account management or client success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent; proven experience with multinational corporations (MNCs).
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for engaging C-level executives across countries and cultures.
