Field Sales Executive (Software): Own the full sales cycle to drive growth of professional software solutions across Southeast Asia with an accent on new business acquisition and key account management. Focus on developing targeted sales approaches, closing complex deals, and providing accurate forecasts.
Location: Hybrid in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (8 days/month in office at Menara Great Eastern 2, Jalan Ampang; 2-3 days WFH)

What you will do
- Develop sales approaches to target and acquire key accounts.
- Lead in-depth negotiations to close moderately complex, high-value deals.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key customers.
- Provide sales forecasts, activity reports, and market analysis.
- Mentor junior sales staff and collaborate cross-functionally for customer satisfaction.
- Gather feedback to refine sales strategies tailored to customer needs.
Requirements
- Must be based in Kuala Lumpur for hybrid work (8 days/month in office)
- Proven full-cycle sales experience from prospecting to post-sale engagement.
- Advanced negotiation skills and strategic sales planning.
- Strong analytical skills for sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
- Ability to mentor juniors and collaborate with teams.
