Location: Hybrid (8 days/month in Shenton Way office, Singapore; 3 days/week work from home)

What you will do
- Develop sales approaches to target and acquire key accounts.
- Lead negotiations and close moderately complex, high-value deals.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key customer accounts.
- Provide sales forecasts, activity reports, and market analysis.
- Gather customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Mentor junior sales staff and collaborate cross-functionally for customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven full-cycle sales experience from prospecting to post-sale engagement.
- Advanced negotiation skills for complex deals.
- Strong analytical skills for sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and mentor juniors.
- Must be able to work hybrid from Shenton Way office in Singapore.
