• Build and execute account strategies covering customer satisfaction and growth objectives in collaboration with regional teams.
• Communicate business value, prioritize and escalate issues, ensuring timely resolutions while retaining accountability.
• Lead global and regional client business reviews to assess service performance and operational issues.
• Develop win-win account strategies, monitor company services and competitors.
• Drive revenue forecasting, budgeting, and business growth through consultative account management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• 8–10 years experience managing and growing global/regional corporate accounts.
• Strategic account management skills including revenue forecasting, issue resolution, and escalation.
• Strong consultative sales, leadership, communication, and presentation skills for all levels including executives.
• Fluent in English; self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.
