TL;DR
Strategic Account Executive 3 (Communications Platform): Lead relationships with growth and mid-market customers consuming messaging, voice, and email services with an accent on protecting and expanding revenue across assigned strategic accounts. Focus on developing account strategies, running analytical consultative sales cycles, and building cross-functional partnerships for large-scale High Tech customers.
Location: Remote (US only, not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, PA, RI, TX, VA, WA, or Washington DC). Approximately 30% travel anticipated.

What you will do
- Manage and expand revenue across a book of strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute account strategies to deliver revenue, gross margin, and profit results.
- Partner with product, finance, support, and services teams to identify new opportunities.
- Run disciplined forecasts, achieve goals, and present to executive management.
- Drive consultative sales cycles focused on discovery, customer needs, and advocacy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in major account or strategic sales.
- Expertise in managing quantitative, analytical products and solutions.
- Track record in relationship management, cross-sells, upsells, and solutions consulting.
- Experience working with business and technical leaders, building partnerships.
- Analytical strategy using data to identify opportunities and demonstrate value.
- Demonstrated success in forecasting, financial models, and delivering revenue for enterprise customers.
- Bachelorβs Degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with telecom, CPAAS, SMS aggregators, carriers, or global communications platforms.
- Domain expertise in DevOps, Fintech, advertising, investment banking, security, or commodity trading.
- SaaS, CPaas, or PaaS selling experience.
