What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans, deliver presentations, negotiate, and close large strategic deals in major accounts.
- Build relationships across customer organizations to support renewals, penetration, and satisfaction.
- Lead unified account teams, review market analysis, and generate new service opportunities while monitoring competitors.
- Represent at industry events, network with stakeholders, and stay current with trends.
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performance sales teams through talent acquisition, feedback, and performance management.
- Analyze expenses, prepare sales reports, forecast, and maintain CRM systems like Salesforce.
Requirements
- 15+ years in technology solution sales with progressive leadership and direct management of sales reps
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) and direct experience selling to major telecom accounts
- Proven track record maintaining robust sales pipelines exceeding revenue forecasts
- Strategic thinking, financial acumen, strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and sales software
