What you will do
- Develop and execute a global SDR roadmap aligned with ARR targets and GTM strategy.
- Own the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle and implement forecasting for consistent pipeline.
- Optimize sales tech stack including AI, CRM, and intent data to reduce CAC.
- Partner with Marketing and Product to launch verticals and refine messaging.
- Scale leadership structure and oversee SDR-to-AE career paths for talent pipelines.
- Present performance metrics, trends, and ROI to executives and board.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Sales/SDR roles, 6+ years managing Managers and Directors
- Proven track record scaling global teams in high-growth environments
- Analytical skills to translate data into GTM strategies and board narratives
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce and outbound orchestration tools
- Results-oriented leadership focused on revenue growth and culture
