What you will do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for highly specialized roles across hirify.global robotics, embedded systems, AI/ML, and autonomy.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements, calibrate profiles, and drive hiring decisions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract hard-to-find niche talent within the physical AI and robotics ecosystem.
• Continuously optimize interview processes, technical assessments, and decision-making frameworks.
• Operate as a modern recruiter using AI tools, automation, and ATS systems to increase reach and efficiency.
• Own and track hiring funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement data-backed solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading technical recruiting for complex engineering roles encompassing both hardware and software.
• Deep expertise and an active professional network within the hirify.global robotics or physical AI ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of engineering domains including robotics systems, embedded systems, and AI/ML.
• Track record of successfully closing high-impact roles in highly competitive global markets.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby) and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing techniques.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site daily in London, UK.
