hirify.global is a health-tech company building long-term care for chronic conditions, specifically obesity, through its brand Juniper.

What you will do

  • Own and drive end-to-end hiring for growth roles across multiple international markets.
  • Build high-quality talent pipelines from scratch using outbound sourcing and creative channel exploration.
  • Analyze funnel performance across sourcing and screening stages to improve conversion rates.
  • Build detailed hiring reports to track pipeline health and time-to-hire.
  • Explore and apply AI tools to create efficiencies in sourcing and scheduling workflows.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and operators to align on needs and accelerate decision-making.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of in-house recruiting experience, preferably with agency background.
  • Proven track record of hiring for growth or digital marketing roles.
  • Expertise in outbound sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
  • Analytical ability to interpret pipeline data and optimize recruitment workflows.
  • Based in London and able to be in the Old Street office 3 days a week.
