TL;DR

Field Reimbursement and Market Access Manager (Medtech): Manage and execute reimbursement strategies to facilitate patient access to Aquablation therapy, mitigate barriers for providers, and optimize market access in the Northeast territory. Focus on educating hospitals on coding/coverage/payment rules, collaborating with sales teams, and handling payer appeals processes.

Location: Remote, USA (Northeast: New York City, NY / Boston, MA). Field-based with up to 60% travel. For US-based candidates only: Citizen / Permanent Resident required.

Salary: $133,520 - $157,080 a year + 15% bonus + RSUs

What you will do

  • Educate and train hospitals/practices on coding, coverage, payment, and patient authorization processes.
  • Lead reimbursement education meetings for customers and serve as their primary resource.
  • Collaborate with field sales teams as their reimbursement expert.
  • Assist Aquablation patients with insurance coverage and payer appeals.
  • Analyze and present customer financial data in business reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years medical device reimbursement/health economics experience.
  • Knowledge of US private payers and Medicare.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience collaborating with field sales teams.
  • Comfortable with virtual work and up to 60% travel.
  • US citizen/permanent resident.
