Neurovascular Territory Manager (Medical Devices): Increasing sales of neurovascular products and customer satisfaction within assigned US territory covering Kansas, Nebraska, and Springfield, MO with an accent on developing customer relationships and account penetration. Focus on prospecting new customers, securing and renewing orders, and coordinating product delivery and promotions.

Location: Remote US Home Office; must reside within the assigned territory (Kansas, Nebraska, Springfield, MO). Candidates outside the territory will be considered but must relocate at own expense—no relocation expenditures provided.

Salary: $175,000 - $215,000 / year

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers including hospitals, labs, physicians, and purchasing personnel.
  • Prospect new customers, convert them to hirify.global users, and increase account penetration with new and existing products.
  • Secure and renew orders by managing product availability, delivery, inventory, promotions, and pricing.
  • Commit to up to 50% travel for customer support, trade shows, and product line activities.
  • Provide market feedback on products, competitors, and customer concerns to corporate office.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, expenses, and reports while adhering to quality and compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years medical sales experience, including 3+ years in medical device sales.
  • Sales or marketing background desired.
  • Strong clinical, technical, and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to function in a busy, demanding, competitive environment with up to 50% travel and occasional on-call availability.
  • Physical ability to wear 7-9 pounds of lead, lift 25 pounds, and stand/walk for extended periods.
