What you will do

  • Drive and own strategic partnerships, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned hospital and health system accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure customers leverage solutions to achieve operational priorities and full business value.
  • Execute product utilization strategies to ensure customers achieve a significant return on investment.
  • Maintain customer engagement levels and improve NPS scores.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop territory-specific strategic plans and presentations.
  • Focus on reducing logo and product churn while driving revenue expansion and bookings metrics.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Prior experience in healthcare sales or account management.
  • Direct exposure to healthcare organizations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Post-secondary education degree.

Nice to have

  • Clinical background or professional experience.
  • Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
