Sr. Regulatory Compliance Analyst (Insurance)

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. US work authorization is required.

Salary: $78,000–$107,205 annually, plus a 15% incentive.

What you will do

• Lead or participate in market conduct exams, regulatory audits, and partner audits.
• Monitor complaints and maintain relationships with regulators and key stakeholders.
• Interpret state laws, assess their impact, and implement compliance action plans.
• Lead form, rate, and rule filing projects and develop state-specific insurance forms.
• Identify compliance trends, recommend process improvements, and advise underwriting and product teams.
• Provide guidance and coaching while supporting the director and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or paralegal degree.
• 5+ years of experience as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst.
• Insurance industry experience is required; Property & Casualty experience is preferred.
• Strong regulatory research, analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent time management, organization, and ability to manage changing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
