What you will do

• Lead or participate in market conduct exams, regulatory audits, and partner audits; monitor complaints; manage relationships with regulators and key stakeholders.
• Interpret state laws, determine regulatory impact, and develop and implement compliance action plans; act as regulatory liaison for complex issues.
• Lead form, rate, and rule filing projects; review and develop generic and state-specific forms.
• Provide compliance consulting to assigned products and underwriting teams.
• Identify compliance trends, evaluate alternatives, recommend process improvements, and coach stakeholders to meet business goals.

Requirements

• US Work Authorization required; hirify.global does not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate or degree.
• 5+ years of experience as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst.
• Insurance industry experience required; Property & Casualty preferred.
• Strong regulatory research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
