What you will do

• Coordinate contestant readiness in alignment with the master production schedule.
• Act as the central point of coordination between Casting, Care, Legal, and Production teams.
• Oversee the completion of medical, psychological, and legal clearances for participants.
• Manage travel, lodging, intake logistics, and on-set roster tracking.
• Track the contestant operations budget and proactively flag risks or variances.
• Supervise Contestant and Care Coordinators and maintain organized tracking systems.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a production manager.
• Experience working with contestants, cast, or managing large groups of people.
• Proven ability to meet standards within very tight timelines.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Greenville, NC.
