What you will do

• Create and manage production schedules, including delivery timelines and final asset archiving.
• Maintain accurate production status trackers, including A/V deliverables and budgetary forecasting.
• Coordinate with directors, adaptors, and content partners to ensure script accuracy and timely completion.
• Oversee casting processes and facilitate voice talent direction for special projects.
• Review produced content to ensure sync, quality, and adherence to client requirements.
• Collaborate with studio leadership to establish and refine operational SOPs and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in dubbing or post-production.
• Strong knowledge of video and audio codecs, specifications, and formats.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with VoiceQ or similar industry-standard scripting software.
• Understanding of production accounting and budgetary management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure production environment.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Pro-Tools.
• Fluency in Japanese, Korean, or other languages.
• Experience with prelay animation workflows.
• Knowledge of game audio and localization pipelines.
