What you will do

• Manage end-to-end production of dubbing projects, including voice-over and lip-sync.
• Create and maintain production schedules, status trackers, and budgetary forecasts.
• Coordinate scripting processes with Directors and Content Partners to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee casting and direct voice talent for special projects and pickups.
• Review produced content for synchronization and overall quality.
• Establish SOPs and operational best practices in collaboration with studio leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Dubbing or Post Production.
• Strong knowledge of video and audio codecs, specifications, and formats.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Experience using VoiceQ or similar scripting software.
• Must be located in Burbank

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Pro-Tools.
• Fluency in Japanese, Korean, or other additional languages.
• Experience with prelay animation workflows.
• Knowledge of game audio and localization pipelines.
