What you will do
- Own integrated marketing planning and orchestration across global markets, audiences, channels, and campaigns, translating strategy into actionable plans and briefs.
- Lead multi-partner agency ecosystem, defining roles, integration, and unified operating model for coordinated execution.
- Integrate data, insights, and performance metrics into planning and optimization across teams and agencies.
- Design and refine operating models, governance, workflows, and scalable processes for consistent global execution.
- Align executive and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging across HCP, patient, and corporate audiences.
Requirements
- Hybrid in San Jose, CA office regularly and ability to travel up to 30%.
- Strategic systems-oriented leader with experience designing operating models and governance.
- Experience leading complex agency ecosystems and integrated marketing across diverse markets.
- 10–15+ years in marketing, 5–7+ years in leadership; Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related.
- Proven vendor/agency management, cross-functional influence, and execution in high-growth environments.
Nice to have
- Medical device or healthcare technology experience.
- Expertise in integrated campaigns, messaging for HCP/patient audiences, and global adaptation.
- Deep digital marketing knowledge (SEO/SEM, social, email, paid media).
- Strong project/program management in matrixed organizations.
