- Provide strategic guidance and oversight to NOAM regional marketers to drive revenue growth.
- Act as connector between global and regional teams for consistency across multi-region initiatives.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across NOAM and global teams for collaboration and decision-making.
- Partner on global campaigns with effective localization for regional needs.
- Monitor trends, competitive insights, and performance to inform strategy and optimize ROI; report insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing, including project management and strategy.
- Strong leadership via communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and collaboration.
- Ability to collaborate with global and regional marketing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with AI and marketing tools.
