• Define the AI positioning and messaging framework for the hirify.global platform.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for new AI capabilities and agent-based products.
• Drive adoption and cross-sell initiatives of AI tools among existing customers.
• Ensure a cohesive AI narrative across multiple product launches to reinforce the broader brand story.
• Position hirify.global as a recognized voice and thought leader in the evolving role of AI in healthcare.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in product marketing, platform marketing, or related roles.
• Proven experience marketing AI-powered, machine learning, or automation-driven capabilities.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical functionality into clear customer value.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Must be based in the US to support hybrid work in Holmdel, NJ
