What you will do

• Serve as primary people partner for senior Engineering and Product leadership, including VP and C-suite relationships
• Own workforce planning, org design, headcount strategy, and span-of-control analysis for tech org
• Lead development of technical leveling frameworks, IC career ladders, and compensation philosophy
• Handle complex employee relations matters with discretion
• Drive manager effectiveness through coaching, calibration, and capability building
• Partner with Recruiting on senior technical hires, leveling, and offer strategy
• Contribute to enterprise-wide people initiatives representing tech org

Requirements

• 10+ years HR experience, at least 5 years as people partner in software engineering or product organization
• Deep expertise in technical leveling, IC career frameworks, compensation benchmarking for engineering
• Proven senior/executive-level partnerships, including CTO/VP relationships
• Track record driving org design or workforce planning with business impact
• Expert judgment in employee relations for high-stakes cases
• Familiarity with people analytics for engagement, attrition, performance data
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
