TL;DR

Focus on developing sales strategies, managing pipeline stages, and closing deals with strong negotiation to exceed quotas.

What you will do

  • Create and qualify new opportunities through prospecting and lead follow-up to build a high-quality pipeline.
  • Engage C-level and VP-level prospects in consultative conversations, providing insights on challenges, risks, and solutions.
  • Drive opportunities from qualification to closure, developing account plans, win strategies, and executing sales processes.
  • Map executive influencers, negotiate deals ensuring strong business terms, and exceed monthly, quarterly, annual quotas.
  • Maintain product knowledge, industry trends, and accurate pipeline tracking in Hubspot.
  • Leverage Sales Engineers, partners, and internal resources to generate and capture revenue.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • C-level and VP-level network and engagement experience.
  • Proven track record closing $250K+ deals.
  • Exceptional prospecting skills and Sales 2.0 tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn SalesNavigator.
  • Industry experience in virtualization, containerization platforms, cloud native modernization, or orchestration solutions.
  • Must be prepared to travel; self-motivated in high-pressure, target-oriented environment.

Nice to have

  • Start-up sales experience or attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree.
