Senior Product Manager (Software, Surgical Robotics): Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the HYDROS™ Robotic System with an accent on AI-driven features, hardware connectivity, cybersecurity, and customer-facing dashboards. Focus on developing product strategies, conducting market research, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance for medical devices.

Location: Hybrid (3 days per week minimum) in San Jose, CA. For US-based candidates only. Citizen / Permanent Resident required. Up to 15% travel.

Salary: $166,230 - $191,000 a year

What you will do

• Develop and execute product strategy for software portfolio, AI capabilities, and system connectivity.
• Define product roadmaps, conduct market research, and incorporate customer and sales feedback.
• Own full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch support.
• Lead development of hardware connectivity, customer portals, dashboards, and digital ecosystem.
• Manage product releases, launch plans, training materials, and initial market releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clinical teams, and stakeholders to drive execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of software-based product management experience in medical devices or regulated industries.
• Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Technical and clinical knowledge of medical procedures; hardware connectivity and cybersecurity (SOC-2, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
• Comfort with ambiguity, analytical thinking, and leading cross-functional teams.
• Hybrid schedule (3 days/week in San Jose, CA); US citizen/permanent resident only.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MBA or MS).
• Familiarity with AI development, licensing/upgrading, SaaS/subscription models.
• Experience with Jira.
