Senior Product Manager (Integrated Care): Leading strategy and execution of EHR-integrated applications and services for high-quality coordinated care in value-based arrangements with an accent on care planning, risk stratification, quality tracking, and interdisciplinary coordination. Focus on building sophisticated products through discovery to delivery, prioritizing investments with data-driven analysis, and evangelizing roadmap to stakeholders.
Location: Remote (US) with required travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City offices for onboarding, team events, and meetings.
Salary: $135,000 - $160,000 a year + 12.5% bonus and full-time benefits.

What you will do
- Conduct in-depth analysis for orders, tasks management, and service documentation solutions.
- Track adoption and success of production solutions, monitor customer needs and industry trends.
- Prioritize product investments using data-driven analysis to quantify ROI.
- Liaise with Sales, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success for product launches.
- Collect customer feedback to drive satisfaction and adoption.
- Evangelize strategy to executives, customers, and partners; participate in industry events.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in product management, preferably healthcare
- Bachelor’s degree in informatics, Computer Science, IT, or healthcare-related field (preferred)
- Proven track record managing commercial software products through full lifecycle
- Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills; Agile and Design Thinking knowledge
- Exposure to AI tools and desire to leverage them
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work in dynamic environment
