Salary: $118,150 - $167,475

What you will do

• Define requirements and manage software infrastructure for data platforms supporting Commercial and R&D initiatives.
• Collaborate with lab and business stakeholders to optimize workflows and ensure alignment with HIPAA and HITECH standards.
• Translate product requirements into Epics and Stories with clear user acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Track development progress and manage requirement fulfillment using Jira.
• Develop a technical strategy and roadmap to scale commercial data platforms and tools.
• Ensure data integrity across the pipeline through technical and process-oriented solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, technical, or scientific field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a software development environment, ideally within biotechnology and NGS.
• Experience leading software development to meet regulated market standards (FDA, CAP/CLIA).
• Deep expertise in the identification and prioritization of software features.
• Proven ability to lead complex trade-off decisions and improve organizational processes.

Nice to have

• Experience building solutions focused on multiomics, NGS, or proteomics.
