TL;DR

Location: Remote (US only, EST or CST time zones)

Salary: $105,000–$115,000/yr

What you will do

  • Maintain the product backlog and document detailed user stories and functional requirements for the engineering team.
  • Facilitate Agile development processes, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization.
  • Formulate and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and release plans to achieve broader strategic business objectives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of target markets, user personas, competitive advantages, and product limitations.
  • Collaborate directly with 3rd party vendors and partners integrating with HHAeXchange products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the health IT vendor space.
  • Must be based in the US and located in the EST or CST time zones.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience in requirement elicitation, user story writing, and quality assurance facilitation.
