What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and communicate the Gen AI platform roadmap aligned with business strategies.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical debt with engineering and business partners.
• Act as liaison between business, engineering, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create technical specifications.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release management with the Scrum Master.
• Monitor AI trends, technologies, and competitors to inform product direction and provide thought leadership.
• Define and track product KPIs for adoption, performance, and impact using data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably with AI, cloud, or platform products.
• Proven track record managing complex technical roadmaps and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to translate technical issues into business language.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and cloud infrastructures.
• Normal office conditions primarily in a US-based environment with occasional travel; flexibility for remote or hybrid.
