Territory Development Representative (Surgical Robotics): Driving growth of surgical robotics business by identifying prospects, generating leads, and qualifying customers for Aquablation Therapy with an accent on sales pipeline development and stakeholder relationships. Focus on conducting in-person demonstrations, supporting market events, and collaborating with sales reps to close deals.
Location: Remote, USA only (New York/New Jersey territory). Must be US-based. Ability to travel 80%.
Salary: $85,000 base (US-based candidates).

What you will do
- Prospect and generate leads through research, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry events targeting surgeons and hospitals.
- Qualify leads via in-person sales presentations and demonstrations, understanding needs and buying potential.
- Nurture relationships with surgeons, administrators, and decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with Robotic Sales Representatives to hand off qualified leads and provide detailed information.
- Support sales process with product demos for clinical staff, market development events, and customized solutions to close deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years sales experience, preferably in medical device or surgical sales
- Strong technical aptitude in surgical procedures, robotics, and medical terminology
- Ability to travel 80%
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
