Location: Remote, USA – For US Based Candidates Only

Salary: $200,000 base pay a year (US based candidates only)

What you will do

  • Define and operationalize national launch strategy aligned with clinical and utilization priorities
  • Establish standardized launch playbooks, KPIs, governance models, and ensure consistent execution
  • Build and lead high-performing national launch organization, including coverage model and capacity planning
  • Integrate across clinical, marketing, reimbursement, and utilization teams for launch alignment
  • Own performance management with dashboards tracking time-to-value, throughput, and reimbursement
  • Drive process excellence, continuous improvement, and present insights to executive leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 12–15+ years in MedTech leadership or program management
  • Experience scaling teams and driving adoption
  • Strong understanding of hospital workflows and reimbursement
  • Executive presence and leadership skills
  • Willingness to travel (~50%)
