Program Management Lead (Partnerships): Manage a portfolio of partnership initiatives from contract execution to go-to-market launch and performance tracking with an accent on cross-functional coordination and strategic execution. Location: Remote - United States with slight preference for East Coast candidates. Not considering candidates in AK, DE, IA, MS, MO, NE, SD, VT, WV, WI.

Salary: Region 1: $170,000 - $200,000; Region 2: $154,700 - $182,000; Region 3: $139,400 - $164,000 (based on US location).

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management of partnerships, from contract to launch and tracking.
• Develop and execute partner onboarding and enablement workflows.
• Coordinate across Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to measure partner success and impact.
• Support deal structuring, business cases, and partner growth strategies.
• Build scalable tools, templates, and processes for operations.
• Manage risks and ensure legal/compliance obligations.
• Lead conversations with internal and external leadership on execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years managing partnership engagement, development, and deployment, especially with financial institutions, focused on co-branded products, GTM strategy, commercial partnerships, UI/UX, or program/project management.
• Experience managing product partnerships.
• Comfortable in large group settings, stakeholder management, strong communication, leading cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with program management best practices and stakeholder integration.
• PM experience (PMP certification preferred).
