Senior Program Manager

TL;DR

Senior Program Manager (Aerospace): Lead cross-functional development efforts for lunar missions with an accent on integrated schedules, budgets, risks, and deliverables. Focus on program execution across lifecycle phases from business development to mission operations, maintaining IMS, and driving complex projects to closure.

Location: On-site in Englewood, Colorado with hybrid flexibility to work remotely and in-office depending on role and program stage. Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible for ITAR authorization.

Salary: $126,000 - $189,000 a year

What you will do

• Execute programs across lifecycle phases including business development, design, manufacturing, integration, test, and mission operations.
• Generate and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS), budgets, forecasts, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage all program planning and controls including subcontract deliverables and requirements lists (SDRLs).
• Collaborate with contractors and teammates to meet customer needs and track cost, schedule, and scope.
• Drive projects to closure with initiative and minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in STEM or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years managing complex cross-functional development programs in fast-paced technical environments, ideally aerospace.
• 10+ years in complex engineering-driven environments with high accountability and ownership.
• Strong problem-solving, data-driven decision-making, and executive briefing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, SharePoint, MS Teams, Atlassian tools.
• U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or ITAR-eligible; experience with government/commercial contracts (DFAR/FAR a plus).

Nice to have

• Experience as aerospace/space prime or sub-contractor.
