What you will do

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from building new business lines to scaling infrastructure and revenue operations
• Own complex projects from 0 to 1: sizing markets, modeling financials, developing roadmaps, and launching pilots
• Translate pilots into scalable systems, processes, or programs
• Support strategic partnerships and deal evaluation: structuring, negotiation, diligence, and integration
• Develop financial frameworks and ROI analyses for investment and partnership decisions
• Collaborate across content, product, operations, data, legal, and finance teams
• Drive alignment on high-priority projects and present recommendations to executives

Requirements

• 3-5 years in investment banking, strategy consulting, VC, PE, or operating roles at high-growth companies, with 2+ years as operator
• Proven ownership of complex, ambiguous projects from scoping to delivery
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
• Strong communication to influence executives and teams
• Experience structuring partnerships or deals, ideally in media/tech
• Comfortable with strategy and operational details in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency or curiosity with AI tools
