What you will do

• Own and manage core finance systems (D365 GL, Jedox, Concur) and integrate new client platform for accurate automated posting of revenue, FX transactions, payments, settlements, employee expenses, and invoices.
• Design and implement automation and AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to streamline reconciliations, variance analysis, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Optimise processes and controls for accounting standards, GL feeds, validation rules, revenue recognition, and multi-currency transaction handling.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, Product, Operations, and Payroll teams on system changes, UAT, and translating requirements into solutions.
• Support automated financial/management reporting, payroll integrations, and employee spend processing.
• Provide user training, documentation, and escalation support for finance systems.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business, Commerce or related + CA or CPA qualified
• 7+ years in finance systems, controllership, financial transformation or similar
• Strong end-to-end finance processes knowledge (revenue, payments, expenses, GL control)
• Hands-on ERP (Dynamics 365 preferred), financial reporting/BI (Jedox desirable), system integrations, process automation in complex environments
• Exposure to AI/automation tools, strong stakeholder/project management, detail-oriented problem-solving
• Excellent communication, advanced Microsoft Office/Excel proficiency

• Experience with Concur or similar expense management tools
